• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued
• Bespoke and custom-woven orders are non-cancellable once weaving has commenced (typically 7–14 days after confirmation)
• Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour and texture are inherent to handwoven silk and are not defects

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated. International prices may be shown in local currency for reference and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international cards via Razorpay / Stripe
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of order confirmation will be honoured
• Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer
• We issue a GST-compliant invoice with every order shipped within India
